what is the best group for Weight Loss/working out support?
I have went on a diet and started working out. I’ve been down this road before and know that it is more successful if you belong to some type of support group. Know any yahoo groups -or an groups- you can recommend for me to join?

It is not plan-specific, so you don’t need to be following a particular diet or regimen in order to join any of the fitness challenges or support groups.
