Free Weight Loss Plan – Start with what you eat!

“You are what you eat” according to the old saying.  That means that if you eat fatty, high calorie foods…you will be fat.  But for a free weight loss plan, there are many different ways that you can combat the weight that you have put on over the years.

A good free weight loss plan will give you advice as to what you should be doing in a healthy manner for your body.  Too often, free Weight Loss Plans revolve around the use of a “get skinny quick” pill or supplement.  These pills or supplements can be toxious to your body, or actually hurt your vital organs.

Many of the pills and supplements like Hoodia, Ephedra and Chromium all tout the increase in metabolism as their way of you quickly losing weight.  What they do not say is how these supplements can increase your heart rate, increase your blood pressure, and are full of caffeine or caffeine like stimulants.  Sure, some people can handle or like the increase in energy, but after the “high” wears off your body comes crashing down.

There is a better way than filling your body full of weight loss pills and supplements.  If you feed your body the proper nutrition by eating the right foods, you can accomplish the same goals as taking pills.  There are foods that increase your metabolism that are healthy and natural such as grapefruit and green tea.

The other part of losing weight in a healthy way, is when to eat.  Many people think that if you starve yourself or if you do a fasting weight loss program, that you will lose the weight quickly.  The problem with just stopping the intake of nutrition for your body also lies in your metabolism.  When calories are not ingested, it would be assumed that your body turns to the fat to burn.  However, with less of an intake in calories, your body slows the metabolism (somewhat like going into shock), and actually can burn less calories.

So, its important to continue to feed your body the calories it needs, but in the right amount, time and kind.  Now that is a free weight loss plan that will keep you healthy and keep you on track to obtaining your desired goal.
